       > No +5 pro's
       > If your team arent online you can request 15 minutes to try
       and sort a team
       > No posting in a other team lounge
       > Must have at least 5 players per match
       > No 5 at the back
       > Must have a GK
       > Must have an ANY
       > No abuse to members or admins
       > No Racism
       > All VFL1 teams must have the correct kit and name - example
       VFL1 Arsenal and the arsenal kit
       > Abuse of any topic will result in a posting ban
       > If a manager steps down 1 season ban
       > No false accusations
       > No multiple account
       > No insult of the league
       > Games are the following days or time:
       
       League Games:
       Mondays: Game 1 = 8pm  Game 2 = 9pm
       Tuesdays: Game 1 = 8pm  Game 2 = 9pm
       Thursdays: Game 1 = 8:30pm
       
       Cup:
       Fridays: Game 1 = 9pm
       
       Any disobeying of the rules will result in a ban or probation
       
       
       If you have any more "general" rules post them, all will be
       taken into consideration.
