       Ban Disputes

       With our new server has come some great power and as we know it
       also means great responsibility!
       We now have the ability to see cheating in all forms as it is
       occurring (or very soon afterwards) and therefore we have
       unfortunately had to ban a couple of players who have chosen to
       use hacks to gain an unfair advantage.
       Players who use these tools to absolutely wreak havoc (in all
       its forms) on others will be totally banned and there will be
       nothing left to discuss, however we are open to discussing bans
       with players who are willing to admit what they have done.
       This does not mean they will be unbanned, but it also may mean
       that. It will be looked at on a case by case basis and the Admin
       group will make and agree with the outcome. Once this decision
       has been made there will be no further discussion on the matter.
       In the case where a ban is overturned, depending on the finding,
       a punishment may still be handed down. This could range from
       have some resources removed, bases/vessels removed from the
       game, a player being completely reset, a shorter ban or a
       combination of these or other punishments.
       With this in mind we have created a  Ban Disputes section

       on the forum where
       Admins only will respond to those disputing their bans.
       No other players are to enter into these discussions unless
       requested to by an Admin. [glow=red,2,300]Those doing so will
