Account was reset for breaching community rules? - seeking confi

Hey guys,
I logged in last week after not playing for about a month and
found that I spawned in on the space station for breaching the
rules, with my progress reset and faction also missing.
I was just wondering out of curiosity if any admin could clarify
the reasoning, as I have read the community rules and thought
that I had been adhearing to them.
If i need to start again for breaching the rules I will accept
that fact, however would like to understand what I (and I assume
my other clan members) had done so that we could avoid that in
future. The only potential cause I see could be the modifying
one of our clan/faction ships which we have the authority to own
that was in space, which may or may not have had anyone log
in/out at that location.
Either way, thanks in advance, looking forward to hearing back
soon! :)

G'day Topes,
Apologies for not getting back to you sooner - been on two
separate holidays recently. Anyhow, I have not banned you, and
your name has not been brought to my attention from any other
admin either. You mentioned you had not been on for a while, so
chances are your account was reset due to inactivity. Unless you
were specifically told you were banned, I have no other
reasoning.
Next time you're on, let me know - or post a message in our
discord channel and I'll make sure your character is OK.

Is there a chance you last played in 6.X... beacuse thge server
wiped for 7.0 which could explain all that stuff.
