Thursday Night Fights 2nd February 2017

Announcing the Thursday Night Fight program for this week:
Date/Time: Thursday 2 Feb 2017 7:30pm Brisbane Time
Location: Provocco Arena (Provocco 1000//1000)
Event 1: HV Demolition Derby
We supply the vehicles all you have to do is drive & kill
others.
Last Man Standing Wins!
Event 2: Capture the flag
2 teams of equal numbers will start at each end of the field
with whatever weapons they can carry, the goal is to retrieve
the mystery item from the other team's box/base & Bring it to
the judge at the staging area.
Your strategy is up to you, but your mystery item must remain in
your box unless you are recovering it. .Looting of backpacks is
allowed, however at the end of the game items go back to their
original owners!
Event 3: The King of Provocco (Custom SV Fights)
Bring a sv and duke it out with the best - learn how they build
the best sv's here!
Prizes for each event!
See you there.
Disclaimer... by attending or competing you risk death as
Provocco is PVP. However sportsmanship rules apply here - if you
want to fight it's in the events only! All personal possessions
remain personal (no looting unless specified).

We had a great turnout this week.
1st Event - HV Demolition Derby
11 people took to the field in a HV they've never driven before
to kill each other.
Lots of fights everywhere (Video link later)
1st Place (and winner of a trade station) Lee
2nd Place E-Man
3rd place Murder

2nd Event Capture the flag

Everyone split into 2 teams went for a little bus ride and
fought Red V Blue
Red Team was Geoff, Syrus, Orion, TK & Tokens
Blue Team was Deldo, E-Man, Murder, Lee & Leo
Red Team won in the end. (Video Clip Later)

3rd Event The King of Provocco (Custom SV Fights)
First Semi Orion Vs Leo
Leo put up a good fight, but the reaper did it's thing and Leo
died.
Second Semi Murder vs Tokens
These 2 guys fought it out with their highly manoeuvrable ships
for too long. I had to call it on %'s:
Murder 92% lost to Tokens on 97%.
Third Semi I Pawndu vs Geoff
This was another battle that went on and on, and i had to call
it on %'s; however they didn't manager to land a hit on each
other so they settled it like gentlemen...
2 pistols, and 10 paces. Geoff drew faster and continued to the
final.
Three Way Final
Orion fought bravely but fell to a comfy 3rd place.
Geoff & tokens then fought for a long time David (Token) vs
Goliath (Geoff), until Tokens won with only 2 missiles to spare!

Prizes will be distributed by admins soon.
I will post an announcement for next week's events before the
end of the week.
Thanks go to the admins for their continuing support of these
events (Andy should have some cool videos or photos too), and
Geoff for designing the awesome capture the flag arena.
