       Aussies struggling to connect to server

       I just added both ipsec security to emp servers network
       management. this will reduce fake connection requests hopefully
       increasing  connection times. Have also added ipv4 and ipv6
       support. I have a VB script also i had made many years ago for
       my world of Warcraft guilds that could increase latency for some
       by changing ho your computer sends and receives packets if your
       keen msg back on here
