       Admin MUST respect all those rules. Ban/Kick ONLY for breaking
       these rules:
       Breaking the rules will result in immediate remove admin
       function
       - Admin should be helpful and friendly for players
       - Admin CAN'T GET a player without reason
       (additionally)
       - Make a proof (screenshot: F8 button/movie) against
       Hacker/Cheater before BAN him to prove Your right in the future
       IMPORTANT!!!
       Sometimes You can't kill a player because You/Player are
       bugged. You can be sure if a player is a hacker when:
       1. GOD MODE
       Player fell down after shot by shotgun but he doesn't lose HP,
       example:
       How to check if player is a Hacker?
       STEP 1 go to the roof of a high building/get into the Helicopter
       STEP 2 check player HP [!hp <player ID>]
       STEP 3 jump from this building/Helicopter and and immediately
       GET this Player in the air [/c get <player ID>]
       STEP 4 Player is a hacker if he have 100% HP after the fall to
       the ground
