       Breaking the rules will result in immediate remove admin
       function
       - Admin should be helpful and friendly for players
       - Admin CAN'T GET a player without reason
       -DO NOT kick a player if he pause in bank(new)
       -DO NOT kick if a player goes in bank or take heal from
       hospital.It is not evade (new)

       Hacker/Cheater before BAN him to prove Your right in the future
