Time to pick a fight with a possum or 2

Coming home late the other night I saw a young possum in the
driveway coming from the chicken pen, he got in a rock pile
before I could get my gun out. No chickens were missing, but we
do lose a few here and there. So I am going to see if they will
com to a call I do not recall calling possum but we do have fox,
and a bob cat or 2 in the area too. Tonight I will see what
happens.

Over the years I've enjoyed calling in all kinds of critters
from ducks and geese to deer and fox but this is the first time
I've heard of trying to call up possums. Interesting, please let
us know how this works out.

Those critters are crafty indeed. I will be surprised if it
responds to any call.

Well no luck on calling the possums, but the feral cat
population has thinned in my neck of the woods.

Feral cats would work for me ;D . They account for a lot of
small game.

There seem to be a few feral cats around my parts. I was on my
first stand for coyote last Fall, when a feral cat came in
within 100 yards. At first I thought it was a bobcat. I let it
walk.....didn't want to disturb the Yotes.
