My barrel and dies showed up today, reamer, and other tooling
will be here tomorrow, picked up a 7 rum at the local pawn shop
yesterday for the action, and I had a hs precision stock in the
closet. Hope to be shooting it this weekend.

Well I got the Edge built, and the tuning done and shot this
group at 1200 yards[img width=300

I got all set up for some 1 mile shooting, but the wind picked
up as a storm moved in just after this pic was taken. I still
took a few shots, but they did not find their mark.

I don't have any pics of the gun for some reason but will get
one posted this week. I am shooting a 300 grain Sierra matchking
@2800 FPS. It hits HARD! ;D

Got my first group at a mile on Saturday, I need to get better
at reading the wind!! 24 inch 3 shot group. I missed the wind
shift on the second shot which was low and right, the other 2
are about 6 inches apart. You can also see I am getting low on
big bills as there was only a single to put up for reference!!

A mile? I thought I was doin good by hitting a Yote at 520 yds.
Guess I have a ways to go. Sounds like you did a great job on
that rifle. Congrats on a job well done.

Thanks for the compliments. I just got a 31 inch 1 in 8 twist
6mm Krieger barrel. I just have to decide what to chamber it in,
and find an action for it.
