       G-Hogs

Counted 12 varmints sitting at the edges of their holes today.
Not very sunny but it was in the high 40's. Going to be a very
fun year sniping these bean eaters. 8)

I may have a light year on the G-hogs this year. I hit them
hard the last two years....may give them a rebuilding year on my
       land.....work the neighbors hard this year..... ;D ;D ;D

Had a call from a local farmer to let me know he's planting
beans this year. Been hunting his farm for many years, its one
of my favorites. He's a deer hunter and has 2 elevated deer
stands that really work well when hunting chucks. Shots out to
400yds possible from the stands, that makes all the time spent
on the reloading bench worth while ;D .

A friend at work who farms a lot, asked me if I would come down
when his beans get about 3 inches tall and thin out a bumper
crop of whistle pigs. Can't remember the last time someone just
came right out and invited me to hunt his property. I feel it's
my civic duty to help in every way I can. ;D

I've found that being a chuck hunter is a real plus when trying
to get permission to hunt new farms. Farmers hate chucks, they
tell me that chucks can each destroy about 3 acres of beans if
they're not taken out. Its a dirty job but someone has to do it
and I'm gonna do my part. ;)

The elevated stand work out well around bean fields. Keep us
       updated on the slaughter. :)
