Gray Fox

I have seen several Red Fox while hunting, but rarely see a Gray
Fox. Take the poll, then explain your answer if necessary.

Had two pics on a trail camera back in September. That's as
close to seeing one that I've had in a long time.

We have lots of them here the reds are the rare ones in central
TX

lots of grays in this area. but you only see them if you are
hunting near rocky canyons or drive around town at night. ;) I
have 1 that cames up in my yard at night, makes the cats pay
attention! They just opened red foxes to hunting in this area
about 3 years ago but I have never seen one.

The Cross Fox is a rare breed....or mix of the red fox.
Beautiful animals....I would have a hard time shooting one.
Mostly found around the Northern regions of the U.S.

Shot the first one I ever saw after dark that came to bait. Saw
another a few days later at a different bait after dark but no
shot. Gorgeous animals.
New taxidermist did a lousy job on a full body mount.
