Rankings Revamp

[Vanilla] Season 2: Rankings Revamp
As of June 22nd, 2013, a new Rankings system will be in place.
To join the guild: Join on the Board, website, or from a friend
who is already in the guild.
Rookie: A punishment. Rookies won't receive any Guild Skill
effects and cannot participate in any Guild Events.
Member: The default status.
Veteran: You need to be in the guild for at least a month. You
can earn Veteran much quicker by being talkative and/or helpful.
Officer: Their role is to mentor Veterans preparing to try out
for Officer status. They help out with events when needed. They
also keep the peace in the guild and hold a higher status.
[spoiler=Officer]To earn Officer, you must be a Veteran.
On certain days, I will pick a few Veterans and ask if they
would like to earn a promotion to Officer.
I will pick people based on:
* Personality
* Dedication towards the guild
* Activity
* Game Knowledge
If yes:
They will be mentored by an Officer for a few days. The sessions
will consist of evaluation and training.
After the days of mentoring are over, the Veteran will go
through a test to become an Officer.
More details will be revealed to the Veterans that are
chosen.[/spoiler]

Administrator: Their role is basically everything that a GM has
to do. They're chosen for their excellent work both in the guild
and towards the community.
No one knows how to become an Admin yet.
