Also, im not going to add a deadline, but I would prefer you

Im going to try my current Spruce design with Busas banner
hoist, the current hoist on mine looks a bit boring and off
putting, go ahead and vote my spruce design if you like that,
but if busas banner hoist looks better, dont be surprised if we
use that instead, I'll post pictures of course, before it's
actually used in the map if its most voted for, dont worry

I like busas banner hoist more -
Im going to try my hand at making a double door porticullis, one
gate door facing the outside, one facing the inside, there will
be a gap between the two, that would be really cool, im not
going to make it open 3 high though, not because I cant, just
because the animation of it opening isn't as smooth as I would
like it to be
EDIT: I just did the double gate idea on the wall, it works
beautifully and looks fantastic

I voted for WG spruce design, again the choice was a tough one.
I know I haven’t been on here as much as I would like. Working
on the NewMap pretty much consumes me lately. Im doing pretty
much all of the main design and building on that thing, so I’ve
had a lot on my MC plate lately. :P
So anyway I just wanted to say sorry for my lack of presence
here.
Questions about this wall. Are there going to be some kind of
large buttresses possibly more than one near the corners of this
thing? I think busa posted a pic of the actual length of the
wall, and beautiful as the design is, it was so big that it
quickly got boring. A series of buttresses near the corners is
all you need to solve that prob and keep your eyes entertained
as the move down that wall.
Also a gate is needed on that thing. Wolves mentioned he was
working on a half open door kinda thing, I think. If were on the
same page I’m imagining a big giant door half swung open that
would be very cool. :D

Yeah, that's what we're talking about when we say wall breaks,
very large towers to break the monotony, aaand you didn't see
the big quarts gate? :B

Plus the towers will give the opportuniy for the walls to change
directions a few extra times so that we're not stuck with one
huge square.

BTW I’ve been watching these Epic MC Build Vids. Have you guys
seen them? They are very inspiring to say the least, lol. Id
love if we could get NewVG to look like some of this stuff!

Okai I think it's safe to say the my spruce alternative design
works, can we get some base designs for the towers and interior
so we have something to tweak until it's just right
