General updates about the server uptimes.

I have seen many PM's, Emails, Topics and posts on forums and
website that asking for the server uptime, I know I said its
24/7 But some problems are going with the VPS.
It means any day the customer support online like 1 hour, So it
might only be online in 1-2 days.
I know its sucks, But I can't do any as its not up to me.
And Im also mad cause I've planned so much on coding and I don't
want to forget these.
