       Are we providing our own budget or will valkyrie fund this? If
       so, whats the budget range?

       Valkyrie will fund this. You have a $15 maximum (excluding
       Arduino, breadboard, USB AB cable, power source, motor drive
       controller, rubber wheels, and drive motors). This is a
       semi-hard cap because if you must go slightly over, we can
       consider it.
