       Chasis

What kind of chasis are we allowed to use? Like can we buy pre
built ones and just add other components needed or should we
construct our own using Lego Mindstorm?

Completely up to you to fabricate. Either use legos, cut
polycarb, or ask for one to be 3D printed (we have access to a
       3D printer through Daniel).

       Are there size restrictions

Yes, I have access to the following tools that you can use to
make a chassis: everything in Fab Castle (includes bandsaw,
drillpress, handtools, etc.), and we also have access to a 3D
printer and laser cutter from SHS (restrictions apply since
       other people also use them)

No size restrictions or frame perimeters, only rule is that all
parts of the robot must be connected.
