       Money Restraint

       Is the $15 restraint the only money we have, or can we put in
       some of our own. Is there a limit to how much money we can add
       on our own? And do preexisting jumper cables and sensors count
       to the $15?

       Jumper cables are not included but sensors are. All parts on the
       ROBOT must be bought with the $15 budget, any out of pocket
       purchases are unfair because they give advantages over other
       teams. That said, prototyping materials can be bought with your
       own money if you wish.
