       Meething Minutes for 3/13/13

       CRE Meeting Minutes 3/13/13.
       In Attendance: Vicki Carter, Teri Massengale, Mara Iverson
       Lesson Plans:
       3/24 doorkeeper needed for Passover (Tamra-storyteller)
       3/31 Easter Sunday--CRE hosts the egg hunt & potluck
       Emma S. has an egg hunt poster to bring.
       Molly has ordered the organic candy & Vicki has new empty
       eggs.
       Vicki will buy more toys to stuff into some of last years
       empty eggs. There are leftover toy-stuffed eggs from last year
       because Vicki hid them from herself in the Jefferson Bldg.
       Molly will bring the pre-sliced ham.
       Vicki will advertise the pot-luck in the E-cast every week
       from now on.
       Next year Grace Stanford proposes we ask the congregation to
       contribute stuffed eggs.

       5/5 UU Pilgrimage Michael Servetus {ser-VAY-tus} (Ryan & Gaye)
       5/12 Mother's Day; Intergenerational, Flower Communion & CRE
       Sharing: Down by the Riverside, Story for All Ages; Vicki will
       get flowers
       5/19 Buddha's Birthday (Ryan & ?)
       5/26 Teacher Appreciation
       Party (Molly & Ryan)
       I have kites posters to decorate (not used last year).
       Molly has a bean bag toss we didn't use last year.
       Molly will supervise food.
       UU Garden
       One family will help Social Justice Team in an on-site garden,
       if property green-lights the project. Vicki will advertise with
       other families at the appropriate time. VickiI will put Emily &
       Sarah in touch.
       Art Teacher
       Vicki will line up the art teacher fro some dates in the summer
       & find a volunteer to assist her.
       DBLE August 4-9
       Vicki wants to find out about going.
       Brazos Progressives
       April Potluck @ Mark & Shelley McGees
       Workday
       Teri will check with John Ivy and let CRE know the date. We can
       work on the Jefferson Building.
       Family Dinners
       Mara will ask Sabine about doing a Tea Party theme this summer.
       Children in the Sanctuary
       We want to have a children's display in the entryway—art,
       photos, etc.
