Welcome to UST Nursing Batch 2000 forum. This is the place to
talk about our Alma mater.
This is a forum about UST Nursing , so anything goes as long as
it's related to yup, you guessed it! Nursing
Your participation in message boards is subject to review,
modification, and deletion, without notice, by the forum
moderators responsible for the boards.
This forum is a privilege, not a right. Treat this forum as you
would any social environment. As a user, you are expected to
understand that the same rules of respect, understanding, and
cause-consequence that apply to real life social environments
apply here as well.
The staff reserves the right to take away member privileges
without advanced notice and that include (PM) private message,
Email, avatars, use of the marketplace and can even result to
membership cancellation if any of the above guidelines are
violated !
Registering and becoming a member to our site is your
acknowledgement that you will agree and abide by our rules.
Always display a positive, friendly attitude.
RULES OF CONDUCT
The following rules govern basic interaction within the PTK
website (including message boards). Please be aware that failure
to comply with these rules of conduct may result in the
termination of your account according to the Forumers User
Agreement.
1. You must respect the rights of others and vice versa. To this
end, you may not defraud, harass, threaten, or cause distress
and/or unwanted attention to other members.
2. You may not post or communicate any member's real world
information (name, address, account name, picture, etc.) through
the forums especially without their permission.
3. You may not use sexually explicit, harmful, threatening,
abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically
offensive language.
4. You may not post or link to any sexually explicit, harmful,
threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or
ethnically offensive imagery or content.
5. You may not spam, flood, or make duplicate posts.
6. You may not impersonate any member or staff.
7. You may not violate any local, state, national, or
international laws or regulations.
8. You may not organize nor be a member of any pledges or groups
within PTK that are based on or espouse any racist, sexist,
anti-religious, anti-ethnic, anti-homosexual, or other hate
mongering philosophies.
9. You may not provide false information or intentionally hide
any information when registering for your PTK account.
10. You may not upload or transmit on PTK any copyrighted
content that you do not own all rights to without the express
written permission of the author or copyright holder.
11. You may not use the forums or PMs for encouraging,
promoting, endorsing, or inciting any kind of action or legal
action against anyone. This is strictly prohibited. Such content
will be removed, and the author's posting privileges will be
permanently suspended.
12. You will not use the Forum to question, malign, ridicule,
attack, or undermine the intent, decision, action, or character
of the administrator or any of the moderators. Moderating issues
cannot be discussed in public, and any such violation will
result in an instant ban.
13. You will not use the regular forums to trade items or
services, nor to post advertisements, chain letters, pyramid
schemes or solicitations of any kind.
14. You are responsible and liable for what you post. The views
and opinions expressed on this forum belong to the individual/s
who posted the message and not the owner/administrator of The
PTK Forum.
If there is need for clarification about how the site is managed
or how or why a certain decision or action was taken by the PTK
administrator or any of the moderators with regards to any
matter concerning the site, including, but not limited to,
locking items, locking threads, or the feedback board, send us a
private message or an email instead. Experience in this site and
other sites have shown that the use of a pm or email strikes a
balance between, on one hand, maintaining order in a site, and
on the other hand, ensuring accountability of the administrator
and moderators. Any member who violates this rule is immediately
subject to suspension or banning without need of any further
notice.
Strictly Prohibited Content:
- Warez / Hacking / Viruses, or illegal mp3's
- Adult / Obscene material
- Depictions of Minors/Children (even minimal sexual context is
not allowed)
- Illegal Drugs / Terrorism
- Derogatory/Slanderous/Racial/Explicit Material
- Sharing of passwords / Serial Numbers /
- Invasion on privacy / Impersonation of others
- Spam / MLM
- Harassment
- Illegal Conduct of Any Sort
1. LANGUAGE TO BE USED IN POSTINGS.
ENGLISH and TAGALOG post only. Other dialects are not allowed.
We encourage the use of ENGLISH as often as possible ( as
required by our server/forum host. ) Since we want PTK to be as
Filipino-friendly as possible, we are allowing TAGALOG posts.
Objectionable language is not allowed. Objectionable language is
any curse word ( even cleverly misspelled or old-fashioned
method of "****" to cover an entire word ), racial slur,
description or depiction of an adult situation or outright
threat to a fellow board member.
Keep discussion on-topic.
2. PERSONAL ATTACKS AND INSULTS.
No flaming, trolling, harassing, profanity, abusive language or
abbreviations, personal attacks, racial, religious, ethnic, or
sexual slurs. RESPECT YOUR FELLOW MEMBERS. Anyone caught
intentionally and constantly saying profanities, abusive
language and it's abbreviations will be sanctioned immediately.
Bawal ang kahit anong PAG-MUMURA dito sa forums.
Flaming is defined as attacking others in harsh, personal terms.
Trolling is defined as deliberately posting derogatory,
inflammatory comments/threads in order to bait other users into
responding.
Board stalking, harassment and thread-bombing will not be
tolerated on the message boards. If you have a legitimate gripe
with another board member that can be handled privately, say
your piece on the board and if you get a response you can post
again once. The ongoing flame wars serve no purpose and do not
belong on the message boards.
Do NOT drag another member's personal site into a forum
discussion unless the discussion directly involves that site OR
if the member brings his or her own site into the discussion
first. There's no point in ruining a good debate by accidentally
( or intentionally ) offending someone with a personal comment.
We believe in integrity and respects what other forums have to
offer. Because we realize members of UST may also be members of
other forums, do not try to degrade or discredit other forums.
This includes slander and other offensive comments. Rumors and
gossip concerning other forums, their members or their policies
have no place here.
Please do not use this forum if you don't have any basis on your
accusations or if you have any personal motives to destroy
someone's character.
3. PICTURES AND IMAGES.
Posting of nude or semi-nude pictures or its links are strictly
prohibited. Pictures depicting or simulating sex acts (whether
human, animal, animated, etc.) are inappropriate. Please note
that said pictures do not necessarily have to contain nudity to
be considered inappropriate. We are PG-13 and do have kids
browsing the forum.
Please limit image size to a maximum of 640 x 480 pixels. Larger
sized pics will be deleted or reduced without notice.
Please DO NOT quote pictures/images. If anyone wants to comment
on a picture and is compelled to refer to the picture, use a
link instead.
4. SIGNATURES
Section identification is the only signature allowed.
Picture signatures only make the forum look cluttered and messy.
Furthermore, it adds to the loading time of pages creating
"slowness" especially for members who are still on dial-up. It
also requires more vertical scrolling to view and read the
topics.
5. SPAMMING.
Posting senseless and pointless posts just to acquire a number
of post is considered spamming and are not allowed. Try to keep
the number of new threads to a minimum. Multiple post with the
same content is considered as flooding and spamming, any member
caught doing this will be automatically banned without prior
warning.
Remember, it's a lot better to have a small number of
intelligent posts than a large number of meaningless posts. Post
count never plays a role in the forums.
Please make sure that you are posting for the good of the
community, not just for the sake of self-promotion 
6. FORUM CATEGORIES.
Posters (especially new members) are required to start new
threads or topics under its proper category or forum. Please
double check the forum title where you are posting before making
a post. We encourage you to use the " SEARCH " function.
Please do not start a thread only to link to another site.
Threads of this manner will be deleted without prior notice. Try
to keep the number of new threads to a minimum.

To the mod,
Pede ba natin lakihan yung avatar size?
Siguro 170 pixels wide (170 deep max)
Di kasi makilala yung mga pics sa avatar unless na lang macro/
close up yung pic.

di nga kita nakilala Ry, mukhang kubang caveman yang avatar mo.
Ay baka ma remove privilege ko pala dito. Sorry admins. btw and
haba ng rules, boring basahin!

Sorry Ry, walang function yung board na incrrase yung limit ng
avatars. I checked my Admin functions wala talaga. :(
