       dealing with the Valderans

       There will be some formalities in this mission, so I wanted to
       get the formal stuff out there so people aren't confused.
       Valderans, being a culture still using a monarchial system with
       peerage titles, hae given their two emmissaries to this
       conference noble titles.
       Gary, a Prince and eldest brother of the Riegning Monarch, was
       created Grand Duke of Vahljareh (a province of the planet
       Valderis. Kira, being his wife, is the Grand Duchess.)
       Admiral Kirsta Fignarigto, Gary's ex-wife, holds the title
       Duchess of Kritak.
       During the preliminary introductions at the conference, Gary
       would be introduced as His Royal Highness, Lieutenant General
       The Grand Duke of Vahljareh. Kirsta would be introduced
       likewise.
