Banor Intelligence report-Starships and associated systems

Intelligence on the Banor has been gathered over the course of
the war, supplimented by information provided by the Kntarian
Intelligence Service.
BANOR WARSHIPS
The Banor currently operate a large fleet in the Alpha Quadrant,
composed of a large variety of vessels. The exact numbers of
each type aren't available, as each ship has few external
markings to differentiate them.
Battleships
The Banor operate three distinct classes of Battleships in the
Alpha Quadrant. The largest type is around 3200 meters in length
and 600 meters abeam. THe ship carries approximately 45
disruptor cannons and possibly as many as 18 missile tubes. Only
four of these ships were believed to have been part of the
invasion force. Two have been confirmed as destroyed.
The Second class is much smaller, around 1800 meters long, and
500 meters wide. Like it's larger cousin, it's got a
cigar-shaped hull. It is armed with 28 Disruptor cannons and 12
torpedo launchers. Six of these ships were observed during the
initial invasion, and four have been confirmed as destroyed.
The third class is 1100 meters long, 400 meters wide, and armed
with 25 disruptor cannons and 10 torpedo launchers. It is
considered the equal of a Federation Georgia class Battleship.
Eight of these ships are believed to be in the Alpha Quadrant,
and it is believed that only two have been destroyed. This type
is also refered to as a Battle Cruiser.
Cruisers
The Banor operate two classes of Cruisers, both of which are
believed to be quite numerous.
The larger class, the "Heavy Cruiser" type, is 850 meters long,
and armed with 20 disruptor cannons and 8 torpedo tubes.
The smaller class, the "Light Cruiser" is 570 meters long, and
is armed with 15 disruptor cannons and 6 torpedo tubes.
Destroyers
The Banor operate six classes of Destroyers, ranging in size
from 380 to 470 meters in length, with between 9 and 12
disruptor cannons each. A significant feature of these vessels,
however, is the fact that they all have a heavy torpedo
armament, with the largest class carrying 12 torpedo launchers.
It is estimated that the Destroyer force makes up almost 35% of
the total Banor fleet.
Frigates[/b
Starfleet Intelligence has identified two classes of escort
vessels. Both classes are around 270 meters long and have a
similar armament of 6 disruptor cannons and five torpedo
launchers. These two classes account for
roughly 20% of the Banor fleet
[b]Corvettes
Both Kntarian and Starfleet intelligence have identified three
classes of small, compact warships. The smaller version are
comparable to Klingon Birds of Prey, while the larger ones are
considered the tactical equivelent of a Defiant Class starship.
WEAPONS
Banor Starships carry two primary weapon types: Forced Nadion
Disruptor cannons and Torpedo launchers.
Disruptors
Intelligence believes that Banor disruptors are standardized
systems throughout the fleet. The cannons, mounted on
multi-axial gimbal turrets, have a power output roughly 15%
greater than the Type XII Phaser Array, although some larger
ships have been observed firing disruptor cannons with a much
higher yield.
