       Ladies and Gentlemen of the Veroto crew it is with great pride
       that I have the pleasure to issue the following promotions:
       Major Absynia Starkos is herby promoted to the rank of Lt.
       Colonel with all the rights and privilages befitting such rank.
       Lt Jason Wilson is herby promoted to the rank of Lt. Commander
       with all the rights and privilages befitting such rank.
       Lt. Cam Locktight is herby promoted to the rank of Lt. Commander
       with all the rights and privilages befitting such rank.
       Lt. Commander Joseph Frost is herby promoted to the rank of
       Commander with all the rights and privilages befitting such
       rank.
