       1- Admins Aren't Allowed to be in Faction ( Helpers Apply on the
       Same Rule)
       2- You Must be a Active Player
       3-Ability to Roleplay ( Advanced Roleplayer )

       I don't think that admins shouldn't be allowed in any factions,I
       would agree with that about gangs but maybe allowed in groups
       like F.B.I ,army,medics,fire department,I understand there can't
       be admins in gangs but not all factions I mean.
