reduce the damage of up to 2 enemy attack by 400E or 200B/M
which can be stacked or make a grapple roll against an enemy
within close range targeting any 2 arm/wing mounted component of
14 slots or less with a +20 bonus to the roll, which can be
stacked for an additional 14 slots or +20 bonus, finally
generates 240 points of E damage every round to be used similar
to a Beam Generation and Containment system
Striker Pattern Celerity Ramjet System: x4 speed, 100% Engine DS
boost, 10% chance every 2 rounds to explode for 800 damage and 2
round pin, Reduce detonation chance by 20% for 3 rounds it’s
turned off.
