I assume at the moment we have a 6 man team, despite the fact
that Asmus has yet to manifest.
Asmus, Code, Orange, Shade, Shaman, and then Tristriam.
Booth teams need their own Tactical CIC system to protect
against stealthers, and the offensive team will probably need to
be comprised of our fastest characters, which I assume will be
me and Code. The problem is that I then have no idea of who the
third member would be, because I suspect that we don't have any
other team members with enough speed to really keep up with us.

Asmus knows about here, dunno why he isn't active.
Speed is indeed something the USN isn't strong in. If need be I
can bump up the Razor's speed though, as I have a large discount
for engines, and make it the third attacker. I can get it up to
around 700ish at the cost of some HP in the final design. Even
if I'm on defense though I'd like to make them second guess
everything with that cloak. It was only 17 RP, so why not, heh.

Ok, I wouldn't overly complain about having a character with 700
sped join the attacker team, it would also be a simple thing for
me to pick up a PR cloak. So depending on if Code could also
grab one of those for his character?

Yeah, looking at my notes, it would only take about 50RP for me
to boost to that level. Should be more than covered.

So, can your character get over a 100% chance to ignore attack
negations using Precog-Strikes?

Looking at 160% probably.

Ok, that should leave us covered against any Latents capable of
using an insane number of Precog Dodges per turn then.

I'm not sure if that works against dodges, as dodges say they're
specifically irreducible. I think it's more like shields maybe.
Either way, Marie isn't taking down Brainless singlehandedly :P

I've checked with Maderfole before and you can bypass Precog
Dodges with a high enough attack negation chance reduction from
Weapon Specialization, so I assume it works the same for Precog
Dodges. This was what he sent me.
"Any sort of attack negation is viable, from D2 Fields to Styles
to Precognitive Dodges."

Ah, well that's interesting. I doubt Aedan's going to be as
fragile as he was in 5X, but maybe I can indeed ping him them.
He's still going to need team effort probably though. With my
setup I should be able to use two precog strikes per round
though, but I don't want to eat through them too fast if I don't
have to.
