Known and definite? So does that mean we can use the intel with
our characters knowing about them?

Yes. Anything you see here your characters may use without any
penalty at all.

This is the Intel on the Independent Team:
xxxx
Afransia Chara Dux/Paradisio Gamma: A transformation mobile suit
making full use of the Metatron Elite Mantles for maximum
battlefield disruption. Heavily armed for a Metatron unit, with
a battery of half a dozen ES Cannons with Extended range and
high duration EMP stuns for one primary armament, and then a
plethora of grenades and VTP missiles and even a few ES Blade
bommerangs on the other frame for closer ranged attacking.
Expect one Mantle to be set against Thrusters, while the other
to be set against Ranged attacks. The Mecha itself has few
Thrusters so it is not too adversely affected by forcing
everyone else to move at very low speed. Expect heavy use of
Polymetal Grenades to permanently immobilize targets, especially
on targets high in the air to bring on a tremendous crashing
impact in a round or two. Expect Its Always the Quiet Ones and
enormously powerful DND's and Flares. A unit that cannot destroy
anyone alone, but could easily paralyze and disable half a team
in a single round if left unchecked.
Tyler Kido/Frostshadow: We have no information on this Pilot or
Mecha, other than that they will be present on the battlefield
in some scope.
Miranda Colla/Nihil: We have no information on this Pilot or
Mecha, other than that they will be present on the battlefield
in some scope.

Intel on the Evil Team (other 2 are fully known):
xxxx
Rebekah Dumas/Hades: This unit and pilot owe their allegiance to
the shadowy group called PAIN. It is strongly suspected to
possess top end level Newtype powers, along with a ranged weapon
capable of turning emotions thesmelves into searing projectiles
capable of melting even powerful Gundams into slag with a single
hit. Little is known about its defensive capabilities, except
that they are likely to revolve more around the pilot and her
mental skills than they are the physical attributes of the Mecha
itself. It is likely that the unit possesses Stealth
capabilities, and may even be able to use them while attacking.
Though probably not nearly so much of a direct threat as some of
the USN or Edenite designs, it would certainly be a mistake to
discount this Mecha entirely...

This is the intel on the Edenite team:
xxxx
Chris/Gale Zephyrus: Very little concrete is known about this
Mecha, other than that it possesses a variety of weapons well
suited to disabling and then destroying single targets using
bleeding edge stealth technology to evade notice both before and
after the assassination attack. It is thought that the Zephyrus
may even possess the ability to bypass or ignore the scanning
capability of Tactical CIC and other top end sensor systems in a
limited manner, so there is no gaurantee... no gaurantee at
all... that the design will be detected before or after it
strikes. Having ready acess to powerful EMP shielding and
plenty of Backup OS items is recommended for any design which
may come up against this dangerous Mecha in the field. Assuming
it CAN be detected though, it is postulated that the design will
quickly crumble and should be easy to destroy through AoE
barrage. Assuming you in the proper direction. It may be
behind you, even right now, how would you know for sure?
Monica/Vormund Quake: We have no information on this Pilot or
Mecha, other than that they will be present on the battlefield
in some scope.
Aedan/Ghostblade: A powerful and well known Latent Praetorian,
specializing in stealth infiltration, sabotage and assassination
missions. His mecha is equipped with a variety of weapons,
including EMP blades, Psy-Crystal weapons and plenty of grenades
of a variety of types, many of them packed into pre-fabricated
demolition packs for maximum effect. With his precognitive
abilities, it might be wise to carefully consider where one
places one's feet when entering a new zone, for there is no
telling if he might have anticipated your action and left a very
unpleasant mine there for you to discover, to your perhaps brief
lived detriment. However, without Aedan's Newtype abilities,
the Ghostblade itself is vulnerable and easily destroyed in a
single attack volley. If you can find him, you can beat him,
easily. The trick is finding him...
Sarah/Daishi Liche: We have no information on this Pilot or
Mecha, other than that they will be present on the battlefield
in some scope.
Elijah Amity/Ceasefire: This Metatron idealist has thrown in his
lot with the Edenites, somewhat atypically for one of his
faction, but as an independent organization they are rather
looser with their allegiances than most. The design is equipped
with the usual array of Metatron pacifistic weapons, such as ES
Cannons, ES blades, disabling grenades, a very nasty Conversion
beamer, and of course at least one or two Mantles with which to
disrupt the battlefield. More dangerous yet is that the Mecha
is a Transformation Type and the pilot possesses the ability to
rapidly switch back and forth between his frames in an eyeblink,
potentially allowing him to bathe the battlefield in mutliple
Mantle effects within a single round, in order to better
facilitate his own attacks. Definitely not someone who should
be targeted last...
Emily/Munito: We have no information on this Pilot or Mecha,
other than that they will be present on the battlefield in some
scope.
Ballista/Insidious: We have no information on this Pilot or
Mecha, other than that they will be present on the battlefield
in some scope.
Alexander Vasin/Wyvern: We have no information on this Pilot or
Mecha, other than that they will be present on the battlefield
in some scope.

Yeah, Wind's character is scary. Incredibly slow Glass Cannon,
but who knows what kind of boosts can Essence give him..
Ashen's character has potential too.
And fuck, didn't know that perk AS counts for GSR/NIC, would've
included increased values from BGM.. Oh well, my mistake. I'll
do it after H&D, for now it stays.
Anyway, I think we lucked out on this one. Not having
Chris/Monica/Aedan's full stats is regrettable, but on the
whole, we got a lot. Makes me wonder, which team got Bifrost's
full stats, if any..

Judging from Wind's stats, it does.
Anyway, the Ionization Cannon, or Sleipnir Hoof, as I call it,
might really mess up any team's plans. Disabling mantles for at
least 5 rounds anyone? Hell, if I get a few shots in, I could
disable the Equinox. Or so I think. Not sure how disabling part
of a component works.

What?? No, NIC/GRS only provides bonuses to Character type, not
Perk type. He/she must've calculated wrong.

Are you so sure about that cannon, Shaman? I mean, it only
disables 10 slots of equipment on first hit, then 15, then 20,
etc on subsequent hits. To even disable a Mantle at all you'd
need to score 3 consecutive hits. Do you have multiple shots
per round?
And disabling Essence's full Repair array, which is 150 slots,
would take at least 7 or 8 hits in a row...
