       create and edit a prov file

       WHAT ARE PROV FILES?
       they are provisional files for NOKIA S40 phones were the
       configuration setups are imputed
       to form a full internet access points and proxy protocols.
       you can create them @ www.mypov.co.cc and send it to your NOKIA
       s40 mobile phones
       or edit a ready made provs with the following steps:
       
       1. 0PEN UR CLASs eDITOR.jar L0CATE ANY OF UR PR0V FILE IN UR mmc
       or gallery
       2.  to EDIT THE highlighted prov
       3. CLICK  the pr0v file,when it open,l0ok ar0und the upperm0st
       part u'l see the ip u want to change..press 4 or 6 buttons to
       m0v...and press the * button on your phone to highlight texts,
       3.highlight and and press the the center button to get a list
       options like....insert,delete,remove and replace .use the remove
       option to delete your highlighted texts and replace with a
       desired one.
