       UOF Group Board Request
       Read this before applying.
       Requirments
       1). You must have 5 or 10 members in your clan, and active in
       forum.
       2). Only the Group Leader is allowed to post an application
       3). You are expected to stay active after being accepted and
       prove your motivation.
       4). You must have a good reputation. Hacking or abusing the
       score system is not a good reputation.
