       I found this old WW2 commando technique for securing a prisoner
       without cuffs or ropes.

       It could be useful for violent prisoners, failing bat-cuffs or
       web-shooters or bending a lamp-post around them like Ben Grimm,
       lol.
       The manual claims this position may kill them when their legs
       cramp up and they throw themselves back, but I'm at a loss to
       explain that bit.
       There's a few videos proving it really works, but I'd only use
       it on a real psycho, it looks really uncomfortable.
       And be careful trying it out, you really can't free yourself
       without help and will be stuck until help comes along.
