       Just as it is important to know where the crime is it's equally
       important to know  where the cops are patrolling. Especially for
       those RLSH folks who are trying to maintain a secret identity or
       would be considered vigilantes. If you are gone before the Popo
       get's there you save a lot of explaining and avoid needless
       incarceration of said R.L.S.H. For this I suggest a street map
       likethe1youuse to track crimes. You cover it with clear contact
       paper and use colored dry erase markers to chart the cops patrol
       paths and time they are in a particular patrol area. The contact
       paper and dry erase markers are because this map is subject to
       change and will need constant updating.
