Hello all, my name is Discordia. I've been in the community
since 2010, but haven't done much until 2011. I've gone through
a couple of revisions of my persona, but I think this one is
here to stay. I'm currently in Chattanooga TN and am a branch
leader for the Community superHeroes and one of the leaders of
the Scenic City Avengers. I'm the one who built the RLSH wiki at
wiki.rlsh.net and the domain it's attached to.

Just looking through your RLSH wiki, I hadn't heard Captain
Australia had cancer, but it looks like he beat it, good on him,
the Big C is one of the toughest villains out there.
Power Boy is still kicking, bless him, having an "orphaned
disease" like his must be terrifying, with no-one researching
it...
Superhero retired? I can't blame him, that panic attack sounded
nasty. Well, he's in amazing shape, he looks like the Rob
Liefeld Captain America, so retirement has been good to him.

Old Superhero actually very recently came back. I'm going to
have to ask him if that means he's no longer retired.

It's great to have some up to date information. Most of the
other RLSH resources on the net are severely outdated, if not
actually falling apart.

Yes, it was a big problem for a long while. There was one
recent-ish wiki, but the person who created it abandoned it and
so trolls kept taking it over. I tried talking with owner but
she was rude and called me a sockpuppet before disappearing
again. So I made a new one people should be able to count on.

If you can add in the link to your WIKI I can add it to the
Lab's site index. Hopefully you have it set up to block
arbitrary changes. I've seen way too many WIKIS ruined by
OPPOSING GROUPS / TROLLS messing with them like 2 dogs arguing
over the same bone. Sadly the idea of a information source that
can beaded to and updated by anyone works out way better in
theory than in practice.

I do have it set so that only members can edit, and I have to
approve those members. So far there's only been one editor
that's been helping (NightBug), and he's been doing a really
good job of it. I might know how to put a site together but the
editing of a MediaWiki article is something I have to learn as
the markdown is very different from what I'm used to.

Well if night bug is good folks in your opinion that's good
enough for me why not recruit then to this board to join the
rest of us misfit toys. Feel free to make them a admin here if
so inclined. I'd rather have just a few folks that actually do
the work than a big number of looky loos. Think of what 1 Jewish
carpenter did with just 12 guys and that was pre internet We all
need to recruit as many good folks as possible. If you see
talent sign them up on the spot.
