Tinders eyes widen as she hears this, "What? That's awful! They
can't just take him, no matter how powerful they are!" She looks
to Broadshield with a hint of accusation in her eyes, "did you
have something to do with this?"

"That's horrible, if its not the 26, then who?" he says, before
Tinder accuses him. "Why is it you always think I'm up to no
good? I don't know if Fox has told you, but he is now a member
of Equinox. Come to think of it, I haven't seen him since he
left..." he says. "I remember on the night of the Canterlot
bombings, there was an unscheduled, unregistered take off from
the Canterlot airport of a C-130, last known to be heading
north, presumably to the Crystal Empire. He may be there." he
says in a serious tone.

"The Crystal Empire? Why there though?" Nivalia asks herself.
She's broken out of her stupor when a customer taps her
shoulder. It was an elderly mare looking for the register. Niv
points the way and returns back to the others. As much as she
wants to sit and worry, she still has a business to run. "I hope
he's alright. I mean, he can take care of himself, but still..."
she shakes her head and looks to Broadshield. "Hey, one of my
girls said you picked up a sample package from my shop. I hope
it met Equinox standards."

Tinder doesn't seem to be paying much attention as they start
talking about Equinox stuff, instead she just glances around for
cacti, since that is what she came in here for. She seems a
little uncomfortable with all these people being around her and
so close, so she does her best to just focus on individual
ponies instead of the whole crowd. She watches each pony, making
sure they aren't up to anything shifty.

"I would love to tell you Niv, I truly would, but I just don't
have all the information yet. Your brother can take care of
himself, but it is better to know where he is and if he's
alright." he says, before changing the topic. "But enough about
that for now. You are correct in saying that I picked up a
package not too long ago. You'll be happy to know that your
medical wares have helped our soldiers recover much faster and
in a less painful way. Your wares are much more effective than
what we used to have, which was standard issue. You helped save
hundreds of lives in Saddle Arabia, for that me and my men there
are thankful. Many have sent their thanks and wishes to you. As
such, Equinox is happy to do business with you and your company,
if that's alright with you. If you want to discuss the matter
further, iron out the details, perhaps we could take this
elsewhere at a later time?" he says, before noticing Tinder
looking at the various cacti on a nearby shelf. One that catches
his eye is one that looks a bit like a small, flat ball, with
its needles not only spreading out from the cactus body itself,
but the needles overlapping each other in a complex, yet natural
looking pattern. "Ferocactus Echidne. I know they're quite
commonly sold, but I've never seen anything as big as this
before. Only place I know that grows this big is in Saddle
Arabia." he pauses, gingerly giving the potted cacti to Tinder
to look at, obviously piquing her interest. "Did you grow this
here? Or were these straight from Saddle Arabia?" he asks.

Nivalia couldn't help but smile at the compliments about her
cacti. "The seeds were imported from Saddle Arabia, but I grew
them here. So it's the case with any foreign flora you find
here. Thankfully this site is large enough to house several
artificial environments." She looks at the cactus he was passing
to Tinder. "But the secret to their health and beauty..." The
mare finishes her sentence with a soothing, melodic tone, "~is
just some tender love and care.~" Almost instantly, three bright
red flowers emerge from the cactus. In fact, the plants in the
immediate area also radiate in color and brightness to her tune.
It draws some curious looks from her customers, all but one
elderly stallion who just continues to the more empty part of
the store in the back. Unaware of said stallion, she looks back
to Broadshield. "If you'd like, we can discuss the arrangement
after closing. I'm sure it'll be pretty busy till then."

Tinder takes the cactus as it's passed to her and nods, laying
it down gently as she listens to them talk. She looks around and
notices the stallion, frowning a bit as she watches him. She
moves to try to get a better look at him, making sure he doesn't
steal anything.

"I see. You certainly put a lot of time, energy and care into
your work. Admirable." he says simply. "I think it would be best
to discuss the matter privately, as you say. Until then, I'll
probably just hang around with you." he says. He soon takes
notice of the older stallion towards the back of the store. He
didn't seem shady, but he knows to always be aware if something
happens. Not wanting to make a scene, he continues to stick with
Tinder and Nivalia

"Of course Broadshield, I don't mind you two sticking around. I
do need to check out some of the crops outside. It won't take
too long." With a passing glance at the flowers around her, she
makes her way to a set of double doors that some customers are
trotting through. It opens to a small field lined with rows of
matching herbs, their coloring less bright and colorful than the
ones inside. Timed sprinklers release a mist into the air,
giving it a cool, refreshing feeling. "So what have you two been
up two recently? And I don't mean just work Broadshield."

Tinder follows Niv and Broad, trying to keep the suspicious
stallion in her line of sight. She glances back to Niv as the
question is asked, shrugging and moving a little to get a better
view of the pony, "You know, same old stuff." She didn't exactly
want to go into detail about what she's been doing, especially
since it involved mostly theft and other illegal things.
