       Name: Arabella Whitlock, goes by Bella
       Race: Noctral
       Gender: Mare
       Age: Early-twenties
       Physical Description: As a noctral, Bella stands out with her
       leathery wings, unusually fuzzy ears, short fangs, and cat-like
       pupils. Her coat is a pale lavender, and mane and tail are made
       up of wild, jet-black curls. Mane is generally pulled back into
       a messy ponytail. Eyes are a bright, piercing silver. Bella has
       an unusual sense of fashion for a mare, tending towards
       masculine, Victorian-era clothing. She generally wears a white,
       long-sleeved collared shirt and a black vest with brass buttons.
       Around her neck hangs what appears to be a brass pocket watch on
       a short chain. She also wears two black leather and
       brass-studded thigh holsters. Sheathed and attached to each
       holster is a throwing dagger. One final dagger is stored inside
       Bella’s vest, tucked against her ribs. Her cutie mark is a pair
       of silver hoofcuffs with a dagger crossed over the chain.
       Personality: A cheeky flirt, Bella doesn’t take life too
       seriously. It’s all a game to her. She is cocky and sarcastic,
       but rarely cruel. For what she does, she has a surprising amount
       of kindness hidden beneath her snarky exterior, and is very
       protective of the innocent. She can be rather secretive, but is
       not volatile in the least. In fact, some find it frustrating
       with how difficult it is to truly annoy or anger her.
       Special Talent: Enacting justice, whether by catching criminals
       in and turning them into the Guard; or by serving justice in a
       more bloody manner.
       Strengths: knife fighting/throwing, deduction, researching,
       hoof-to-hoof combat
       Weaknesses: easily distracted, struggles to be serious when the
       situation calls for it, is secretly desperate for others’
       approval and can be easily manipulated as a result, often sees
       the world in black and white
