       The International Alliance

       International Alliance
       (WIP)
       An organization that works globally to help end conflicts and
       protect civilians from wars and violence. They have offices in
       many cities especially in Equestria. One of their headquarters
       is in Canterlot. There is a whole district that they own where
       they provide housing, food, stores, entertainment, and anything
       else found in a small town there as well as the main buildings
       for the IA. Anyone working for the IA tends to live there. It’s
       under heavy surveillance though as any civilians are allowed
       into the district.
       The IA use the same technology as many other Equestrian military
       organizations though they aren’t the most advanced group. Their
       vehicles are clearly marked as IA vehicles. Their camo is arctic
       digital and they always wear blue headgear. Most wear berets and
       blue helmets. Some kevlar vests are blue as well but all say IA
       on the back.
       The process they go through when deciding whether to intervene
       or not is extensive. There is a large board and council that
       vote on it. There are representatives from almost every country
       and an overwhelming amount of votes must be in favor of
       intervening before they are authorized to deploy IA soldiers.
       The organization has been under fire before for taking too long
       to take action and many suspect there are a lot of under the
       table things that the public does not know about.
