       "It will be found, your highness," the captain assures as he
       takes the scroll, "There's already a few of my best in
       Ponyville, although I may stop by the armory before I head out.
       But in regards to my troops, I wanted to discuss something
       else..." Luna sits down and nods to listen. "Princess Luna, the
       Lunar Guard right now numbers around 200 soldiers. These are the
       best ones I've ever had the honor to serve with. But with more
       threats to Equestria appearing, we need to bolster our ranks;
       and not just with Noctrals. Sure we have advantages over the
       average pony at night, but we all share the same weaknesses as
       well. If our enemies find a way to exploit that, we're rendered
       helpless. We need diversity to adapt to any situation we may run
       into. To do that, I propose we open enlistment to other races as
       well. Earth pony, pegasi, unicorn, heck I'll be alright with
       griffons if need be. The Lunar Guard can also start a transfer
       program between Equestria's other branches of service too. Of
       course we'll need a larger budget for the added numbers and
       proper accommodations, but I feel that it can also improve
       relations amongst our fellow soldiers too." Ebony reaches over
       and pulls out a couple of documents to hoof over to Luna,
       "Here's a formal proposal and plan of action as well."

       "I see your committed to make this happen, Ebony. Tis a bold
       move for the Lunar Guard, but if this goes as planned, I'm sure
       it'll prosper beyond expectations." Luna looks over the forms,
       impressed at the amount of detail her officer took. "I shall
       present these to my sister tomorrow. Thank you for bringing all
       of this to my attention. I wish you the best of luck on your
       mission." Ebony nods, salutes, and makes his exit. Luna's calm
       smile fades, the familiar magic she witnessed tonight reminding
       her of darker times. She can only hope that such magical forces
       never return to threaten Equestria.
