       i think it should be a yes as it will provide a source of income
       for new players + 99 summoning isn't ridicously difficult

       I voted for No because if Charms are tradeable Summoning gets to
       easy and summoning is a great skill.
       I don't like summoning on the most servers because the pets. Its
       getting to crowded :p

       i can see your point here, but summoning isn't even used that
       much? especially for pking 3/4 times it's used for pvm'ing and
       pvm'ing on this server is extremely easy...
