       Hello!
       As much as I like you as a person, I feel I must point out some
       problems with your application. First of all, it doesn't look
       like you put too much effort into this. All of your answers are
       only 1 sentence long (And most include some grammatical errors,
       too). Perhaps if you made them a bit longer, and more specific,
       this application could be improved. Also, although the
       application template does say that we don't need any references,
       that is no longer the case. You must have at least 2 for your
       application to be considered.
