Adding more ranks

Hello, fellow Universalians! (I'm calling you all that
now)
It has come to my attention that we have only a
few build ranks (In fact, we have as many building ranks as we
do staff ranks, if you include guest as a building rank), which
results in players ranking up rather quickly
and getting bored with the server. Because of this, I think
that we should add more ranks to the server, and/or have a time
limit between being ranked for each build.
The second part would help combat the boredom, by giving people
time to put work into their buildings and not letting people
rank up to expert in a day.
The exact numbers I would suggest are 10 ranks, (guest, member,
builder, probuilder, mason, engineer, designer, architect,
master-architect, and expert),
and a time limit on the scale of x=√3.375y, in hours,
because that would make a waiting time of 24 hours for expert, I
think.
Of course, the waiting time would be expended even if the user
was offline.
I understand that users might not want this feature, so I think
that we should discuss this a bit (Or just call me an idiot and
lock this ;) ), which might help to bring normal users to the
forums. Poll, anyone?

and give me a shout if you need any help with anything (probably
not, but ah well :D)
