       Hey guys, Ox here.
       Recently, it has come to Rayne's attention (im just doing this
       for her) that some staff must be ranking random people because
       they are their friends, etc. So Rayne would like to ask to
       please not do that as it makes our staff unstable if not
       everyone is approved. Thanks, Oxford_Zombie and Rayne.
