/Myrefs and /Reference

You could maybe make a /myrefs command for seeing who of the
staff referenced you.
All it would do is show a list of staff that referenced you.
Such as here is the /help version.
/myrefs - shows you who thinks you could be staff.
For staff:
/reference [add/delete] [name] - adds or deletes your reference
to the person. -staff only
/references [name] - see's who else referenced the person.
When players are signing up for staff, they could use this
command for the references part, and other staff can check to
make sure they aren't lying.
P.S. this command can also go for CTF...

I like it, exept the /references [name]. I think this should be
private but this is my opinion.

But if the player was to apply, they would be showing all their
references to public, so what would be different if it was
ingame?

If anything, just have the ability to see people's other
references be staff only.

This is used on MineManiacs Zombies and it was a very good
addition to applying, it gave the controllers a view on what
other staff thourght
