       Winter in the Black Hills really starting to wind down now;
       though it does look like there could be a last gasp snowstorm
       here Monday night; the 23rd of April.

       12z EC remains aggressive with a major Black Hills snowstorm
       Monday night; with even 8 inches as far down as Rapid City.

       Incredible hit around here on the 12z NAM with a quick 20 inches
       of snow Monday night into Tuesday morning. GFS has basically
       nothing; ICON brings good moisture in but is too warm (as
       always)...0z ECMWF steady with an 8 inch snowfall. 12z Canadian
       is pretty snowy...about 8 inches or so.

       The "storm" only produced a trace of snow here...quite a miss by
       the numerical modeling...even the high spots in the Black Hills
       recorded only a small amount of snow.

       The totals quoted are final seasonal totals; except for the last
       one...the ground was well covered with snow on a grand total of
       92 days this 2017-18 winter
