The snow came to end shortly after midnight; but started up
again as of 2:12 AM...now; as of 11 AM...an additional 1.5" has
accumulated to bring the storm total to 4.5".
It is snowing moderately at 11 AM and the temperature is a
frigid -2 F.
Monthly Total: 5.7"

Snowing lightly; temp has edged just barely above zero to +0.5
F.
Monthly Total: 6.2"

5.6" storm total @ 8 PM.
Just leftover flurries; temp has plummeted to -6.0 F @ 8:40 PM.
Monthly Total: 6.8"

Next chance of snow would be Saturday night into Sunday
morning...a light event in the one inch range...and then a
possibly more significant event Monday night into Tuesday...the
EC is not impressed with the Monday storm; but the GFS has been
trending considerably more impressive each of the last few
runs...usually, we take the EC over the American global...but
you never know!

Between 5 AM and 6 AM some lovely snowshowers moved through;
depositing a quick 1/10th of an inch..bringing me to an even 40
inches on the season...and making me so very happy!
Monthly Total: 6.9"
Seasonal Total: 40.0"
Temp has risen to -9.8 F!

-21 F this morning at the Hardy Station on the West Side of the
Black Hills...so this cold is not just Great Plains cold; but
also Rocky Mountain cold!
It is 41 F degrees below zero at Havre, Montana!
The overnight minimum here was -13.2 F!
