At 4 AM I measured 4.5" new snow.
Given the 14 F temperature and the howling NE wind...in
conjunction with the late date in the early Spring...3
April...this stands as one of the most impressive and most
severe winter storms of the entire season thus far.
Seasonal snow total now at 52.6".

Between 11:20 PM & 1:20 AM some of the best sized dendrites of
the winter fell...really large flakes...and a quick 1.2" of new
snow was deposited.
Snow has since slackened to a occasional flurry.

Some light snow has redeveloped here around 3:15 PM and another
4 inches seems very possible overnight into Friday morning;
maybe even a bit more if it has all the elements and really
comes down.
Temp 34 F at the moment (3:22 PM).
