Once the tree is off of her, she rushes over to her friends and
help them up while quickly apologizing to them.
Zoe: Sorry. Are you guys okay?
The specter tried to take Tarlin's head off but fails due to the
tree attacking it.
Zoe: Come on. We're almost there. Ugh, where are those stupid
evil spirit fighters Kindron was talking about?! They're usually
patrolling the place! Gods, I hope those idiots aren't trying to
kill each other! She grumble, talking about the alchemists and
the ninja

Tarlin and Twilly start running again with Zoe. Tarlin: I hear
the vampire ninjas are hanging out more around Black Sun now.
It's mostly the alchemists that are hanging around the manor. He
says.

Zoe: Hopefully, Kindron is there. He might know what that thing
is!
She says as she makes it to the edge of the territory of the
manor. The specter manage to end the fight with the tree by
tearing it in half. It then tries to go after the kids, gaining
on them, though slightly lacking behind.

Tarlin charges more magic, this time using small lightning bolts
that were easy to charge and fast to fire, hoping that he could
at least slow it down. Tarlin: Yeah. Hopefully... He says in
response to Zoe commenting that she hoped Kindron was around.

The specter tries to counter Tarlin's magic by projecting it's
slash attacks at the magic, hoping that it'll cut through it and
the kids.

As they reach closer to the mansion, they'd find CM Kindron
responding to sensing a spirit near the manor. CM Kindron comes
up and sees Zoe and Tarlin running from the specter. He
immediately responds by holding his hand out and charging a
blast of purifying darkness using his semblance, Hades. Kindron:
Bullet. He says, using one of his semblance's sub-spells using
magic. However, the bullets of purifying darkness don't destroy
the specter, but instead make the specter stronger since
specters operate similarly to normal spirits.
When he notices the specter grow stronger from his purification,
he gets confused. CM Kindron: How is an evil spirit get stronger
from purification?! Only normal spirits should be stronger when
purified. He says as he tries to figure out how to counter.

Zoe: We don't know what it is exactly! It's not like the ones
we've seen for the past months!
As the specter grows stronger, it charges toward Zoe and
brutally tackles her to the ground, it's claws sinking into her
flesh as it pins her chest to the ground. As an act of defense,
Zoe's eyes turn green as she punch at the specter's jaw with a
scream, nearly taking out the jaw but severely damaging it.
Spirit lightning then surrounds her as an protective aura as it
blast her away. Due to the potent spirit energy building up, the
power is putting a strain on Zoe's suppression ring.

Tarlin: Try normal magic. It seems to work somewhat. He says as
he charges more thunder since he had a spare moment while the
spirit was focused on Zoe. Even if the attack missed, the
thunder would at least power Zoe up so she could fight better,
and power her up with magic lightning.
CM Kindron nods to Tarlin. While still holding his hand out
while pointing his index finger, he starts firing lightning
magic bullets from his finger like a machine gun, using his
bullet magic. The bullets were small, but fired from his fingers
so he could fire a multitude of lightning magic projectiles.

The specter screech more in anger than in pain, trying to harm
Zoe due to her powers harming it but is overwhelmed by the rapid
lightning bolts. Amplified by the lightning magic, Zoe stands up
straight and position her hand into a gun, ready to perform her
spirit gun technique. Realizing what's about to happen, the
specter tries to come after Zoe.

Voice: Infinite Darkness! A voice calls out as death wraith
spirit energy mixed with shadows engulfs the ground around
everyone. Shadow tendrils come out of the ground and try to grab
the specter while some of them work on protecting Zoe, Tarlin
and Twilly from the specter.
The voice turns out to be Zaz, who was nearby. He looks to Zoe.
Zaz: Zoe. Blast it with as much spirit power as you can, but do
not use purification on it. If you destroy its body, I can
finish off its presence. He says to Zoe.
