RP: Rock Collecting Gone Wrong

It's summertime! And school is out. Perfect for people who are
enjoying summer vacation. Zoe is one of them. Of course, things
were rocky for Zoe from the incident with her dhampir
counterpart from another universe and struggling in school
because of crap like dark spirits (She got a B average. Math
sucks ass you know). But now Zoe can relax. During her time out
by the Hellsing manor, Zoe decide to do a bit of exploring
around the forest. She wasn't really alone since Tarlin and
Twilly are outside as well. Zoe doesn't venture too deep into
the forest despite allies patrolling there. On her way back, she
spots a strange black rock. Although it seems ordinary, Zoe
sense something strange from it. That plus the wisps appearing
besides Zoe and curiously looking at it. Zoe puts it in her
pocket with a small shrug.
Zoe: I'll ask Kinny or Jon about it once we head inside and show
it to them.
With that, Zoe starts walking back to the manor. It's mainly a
five minute walk, especially since she's walking the same path
those like Integra takes. On her way back, she stops in her
tracks and a chill went up her spine. The wisps immediately
disappear. In about a split second, Zoe leap sideways to the
left, only for a tree to get slashed deeply to the point of it
nearly being roughly sliced into pieces. Zoe's right check was
cut as well but she didn't realize it due to the adrenaline.
Panting, she gets up and narrow her eyes at the target, showing
to be a malevolent spirit known as a specter. It's not a dark
spirit but it's still dangerous. Gritting her teeth, Zoe had no
choice but to defend herself by using her spirit powers to keep
it at bay. Although strong, it wasn't enough. Ending up with
some slashes on her arms and her left shoulder, Zoe manage to
use her spirit lightning to paralyze it and bury it with some
trees. She then runs over to the manor as fast as she can. She
made it to the back of the manor, hoping that she finds someone
there... only for the specter to blitz from behind and tackle
Zoe to the ground and try to kill her.
Zoe: Get off of me you sick son of a b*tch!
Zoe's spirit lightning manage to get the specter off of her,
making it screech in pain. Though her lightning seems to be more
potent than before, the lines on the palm of her hands glowing
green with spirit energy.
Zoe: What the hell?

Tarlin and Twilly come out of the woods, also having been out
and about. As they hear the commotion, they rush over.
Tarlin: What the heck is that?! He says, realizing it was a type
of spirit he'd never seen before. He immediately focuses his
magic and fires a thunder spell to fire lightning bolts at it.
Tarlin wasn't sure how much damage his magic would do, but at
the very least, the lightning magic would empower Zoe.
Twilly: Trees! Help's friend! That some kind of bad's spirit!
Twilly senses ebil! He says as he holds up his staff and uses
his moglin magic. The trees branches around the specter start
warping and trying to attack the specter as Tarlin's thunder is
fired.

The specter notice the new arrivals and tries to dodge the
thunder spells, through the last few hit the specter,
distracting and harming it in time for the tress to hit the
specter toward the ground, though it tries to fight back. During
the commotion, Zoe focus on healing herself as she look at
Tarlin and Twilly.
Zoe: I don't know! It's not a dark spirit, but it's some kind of
evil spirit. We're not too far from the manor. If we can get
there in time, we can warn someone. Maybe those dark spirit
hunters roaming around or Zaz know what that thing is.

Tarlin: Right. Let's blast it and make a run for it. He says as
he charges an ice spear which would be designed to spear and
freeze the specter, seeing that his magic was somewhat
effective.

Zoe: Let's hurry! I think there's something wrong with my
powers.
The specter angrily rip the trees to shreds with it's bare
hands. The trio can tell that the specter is also an enemy to
the environment due to the trees disintegrating. It then release
an heat like dark smoke aura which felt like a heat wave until
it got hit by the ice spear. The spear froze it but it only p*ss
it off as it screech at the teenagers. Once Zoe is healed
enough, she scrambles to her feet and urge her friends to head
toward the manor.
Zoe: Run!

Tarlin: At least it's affected by magic. He says as he notices
the ice spear seemed to temporarily stop the specter. He and
Twilly get ready to run, waiting for Zoe before they run.

Zoe doesn't waste anytime and starts sprinting toward the manor,
letting her fear move her legs. During the run, the veins on her
hands are still glowing green. The ice melt and turn into steam
due to it's intense heat coming from the smoke. With a loud
shreik, the smoke starts barreling towards the trio, covering
the area in a dark fog.

Tarlin picks up Twilly and carries him as he runs alongside Zoe.
Tarlin charges smaller ice bolts and fires them at the creature
to try and slow it down. Since he was running with Zoe, he
couldn't utilize any more advanced magic, so the spells were
fairly weak since he was using spells that charge quickly.

This time, the specter was prepared for it and evades the
attacks. It then cut down a nearby tree, pick it up and hurls
it at the trio. Noticing this, Zoe shove at Tarlin to move out
of the way, trying to save them both.
Zoe: Look out!
As she attempts this, she ends up getting hit by the tree which
sends her on the ground with the tree pinning her to the ground.

One Tarlin is pushed to the side, he drops Twilly when he falls
to the ground. He looks over to Zoe but didn't know whether to
attack the spirit or help Zoe. Thankfully, Twilly was on top of
things.
Twilly: Tree! I's sorry you got's hurt, but you's got to get up
off my's friend! He says to the tree while using his magic on
it. The tree then moves its branches to get up off of Zoe, and
then as two branches come out of its bottom most part that
wasn't cut, it then runs over to attack the spirit with his
branches, as though trying to get revenge for being cut.
