London Story: A Spirit Born

"Took ya long enough!"
Alexis teasingly say to both Revy and Zoe, mainly Revy when she
spotted the two walking toward her. Alexis was casually leaning
on a railing of the top of an apartment building in London.
Revy: Yeah, yeah, whatever.
Zoe: Hi, Alexis.
Alexis: Hey, kiddo. turn her gaze to Revy I see you brought the
squirt with you. Normally I see you bring Rocky Boy along. I
don't mind a Girl's Night but this mission seems to be a bit...
age restricted, if ya know what I mean.
Revy: Relax, it's fine. We're just busting some heads as usual.
Only difference is that we're bringing the kid along as well.
Besides, the guy we're after is a chump anyway. A group of
rookie supernatural hunters can even pull this off with a good
plan.
Alexis: Even so, I still think it'll be a bit much. It's still a
Lasombra vampire.
Revy: Which is why we're all here together. Look, I get it. Sh*t
is hectic as hell as of lately. But Zoe has been training her
ass off as of lately along with getting good grades in school.
She's ready for the basic supernatural hunt. I'll leave the
freaky ghost stuff to Zaz when he gets around training her.
Alexis: ...Is the wolf even okay with this? You know how he is.
Especially since it's you out of all people taking his pup on
some kind of wild hunt. Hate to be the person to explain what
happens if sh*t goes south.
Revy: F*ck you. I'm not Johnny. I know my damn limits. It's not
like I'm making her fight the Order or something! She hiss back
at Alexis, knowing very well how brutal Johnny can be sometimes.
And yes, I spoke to the furball about it. Took a minute to get
his stubborn ass to agree, even when I said I'll bring your
skank ass along.
Alexis: Aw, you do love me. She says teasingly
Revy: Tch! F*ck off. Anyway, you said the damn vamp should be
crawling around here somewhere, correct?
Alexis: Yeah. Somewhere in the slums not too far from here. We
need to be careful. We know damn well they don't travel alone.
turns to Zoe and winks at her Pay close attention, kid. You'll
see firsthand how a professional does it. As you may know
already, some vampires move alone, especially those who are not
in some kind of clan or faction. But due to recent events,
everyone has already gotten the hint of banding together for
their own safety. Unfortunately, some of them are still around
causing havoc, using the dark spirit problem as cover. But we
ain't gonna let that slide.
During the lecture, the three sensed something off. Alexis
quickly turns around as both Revy and Zoe rush over to the
railing, trying to pick up the dark spiritual presence.
Alexis: Revy...
Revy: F*ck! Let's move! Zoe, stay close to us!
She yells as the trio begin moving through the rooftops toward
the aura they sensed. When they got there, they came over to the
scene and appear right in front of it just in time to see the
Lasombra vampire transform into a dracopire with hollow traits
such as having a hole in his chest. It roar out victoriously and
is surrounded by other vampires getting ready to take some of
whatever the vampire took. Quickly, Revy takes out her gun and
fire a bullet infused with kinetic energy at the crate, creating
an explosion which killed the four vampires closest to it and
injuring a few others.
Revy: Damn it!
Alexis: You got to be kidding me! A f*cking hollowfied
dracopire?! You said this was going to be easy!
Revy: How the f*ck was I supposed to know the bastard decided to
take a f*cking drug?!
The hollow dracopire roared out a command at the other vampires,
telling them to attack the trio.
Zoe: Crap, what's the plan?!
Revy: Damn it! Zoe, keep those things from escaping into the
city! Alexis and I will hold this bastard back! Remember what
Jon and the others taught you!
Both Revy and Alexis begin to engage with the dracopire while
Zoe is left to face off the vampires. One of them examine Zoe
for a minute, not really taking her seriously due to her being a
human teenager.
Vampire: So, I don't know why those bimbos brought you out here,
but you came to the wrong place. Now then, we can give you a
good time if you just surrender.
Zoe: Hmm... Nah, I'm good.
And just on that, Zoe draws first blood by punching the vampire
in the face with a straight right. The vampire faints and falls
to the ground, making the others try to swarm her and try to
kill her. One of them tries to slash at Zoe, but she side steps,
turns around and elbows the vampire in the side, hitting his
ribs. She then use him as a foot stool, to jump up and perform a
leaf hurricane like attack on another vampire. One tries to
slash at her but she grabs the arm and use the momentum to jump
up and perform a spin kick on the vampire's face, knocking him
to the side. And since she infuse the kick with her lightning
powers, it sent the vampire flying and shocking him to
unconsciousness as well. Once on her feet, she sense a vampire
tries to bite at her neck but she manage to pull a pro wrestling
move by grabbing the vampire and throws it at another vampire
trying to attack her. She then leaps forward and perform two
kicks, one for each vampire. She dodge a straight left from one
vampire and countered with a uppercut, nearly taking his head
off. When the second to last vampire grabbed her by the collar,
she grabs him by the leather jacket and deliver a nasty headbutt
before tossing him to the side and gave the last vampire who
tried to sneak attack her a nasty back fist to the dome.
During Zoe's fight against a group of homicidal vampires, Alexis
and Revy tries to attack the dracopire. They don't know how in
the everlasting hell this mofo got this kind of power up but it
ended up being a damn problem for the two. The two women hybrids
begin to use both their physical attacks along with their guns
to fight them, showing that the two can work together in a
fight. They begin to give the dracopire some trouble until he
fired a cero, killing a few of his own people and nearly killing
Zoe. This made the two try to bind them with their own divine
and demonic energy so they can end the fight but the two were
instead dragged away, taking the fight into the sky. This made
the two reveal their own wings and try to battle him in the air.
After the fight, Zoe notice what happened. She tries to go help
but had no choice but to go help a group of delinquents who are
being attacked by another group of vampires. Swearing in
Russian, she heads down the block. She notice what was going on
and jumps in. Performing a electrified leaf hurricane and saved
a young delinquent.
Delinquent: Where the hell did you come from?!
Zoe: From the pits of Hell. She states sarcastically Just focus
on the vampires!
With that, Zoe and the delinquent help the gang push the
vampires back. Throughout the fight, Zoe then realize that a few
of the delinquents from the gang are from her school. After
helping them defeat the second group of vampires, a body as
thrown toward a nearby lamp post. A few members rush over to go
help while others along with Zoe notice a female Brujah vampire
step out of the shadows (not literally) and reveal herself with
blood smeared on the edge of her lips. Zoe's heart froze in
fear, recognizing the female vampire as one of the vampires who
not only was a part of her kidnapping but also the one who
chained her up by the stove, barely giving her food and joke
about making her a personal pet. She manage to snap out of it
when she was speared into the ground by the female Brujah and
tries to follow up by slashing at her chest, only for Zoe to
stop the arm and zap her before escaping from the vampire. Zoe
then begin fighting the Brujah vampire. Throughout the fight,
Zoe was fighting on defense since she knows how dangerous that
vampire really is, especially by making sure she doesn't get
grabbed by her. Throughout the fight, Zoe barely dodged a
underhand which could've took the girl's head clean off if she
wasn't careful. The vampire tries to grab her again but Zoe
jumps up and deliver an electrified double hammer fist to the
skull. But the Brujah stops herself and got back up with a
fanged grin on her face. She grabs Zoe by the wrist and slammed
her on the concrete ground. Despite the pain shooting up to her
back, Zoe had to roll out of the way and leap back before the
Brujah stomps her face in like she was a roach. Zoe continue to
try to go on defense until she manage to counter with a double
heel click. She then try to go on the offensive but even though
she missed most of her punches and kicks, she manage to land a
right hook on the Brujah's side. Zoe tries to deliver another
electric punch but was countered by a uppercut to the abdomen,
making Zoe's pupils go white due to the shock. Zoe dropped on
all fours, trying to catch her breath, only to realize before
getting pinned on the ground by the palm of the Brujah's hand to
the back of Zoe's head, making blood come out of her nose. The
gang tries to come help but stop once they see the claws come
out.
Brujah: One step closer and I'll do the same thing to her like I
did to your friends back there!
By the corner of Zoe's eyes as she tries to power through, Zoe
notice that the Brujah took some kind of corrupted spirit
augmentation power drug but it slowly makes the vampire more
animalistic along with sensing the dead bodies right behind her.
This slowly start to enrage Zoe as she powers through not only
by her electric powers but also her spirit powers due to her
eyes turning green. Although she doesn't want to kill, she knows
that this vampire needs to be put down for good.
Zoe: F*CK... YOU..!
In a burst of spiritual lightning, she got the Brujah off of
her. Everyone, even the vampire was shocked. Zoe took a minute
to put the pieces together and realizing that she unlocked her
spirit released form before delivering a Falcon Punch at the
Brujah's chest, sending her sliding back. Once she stopped
herself, Zoe comes in and the two begin fighting. During the
fight, the Brujah grabs Zoe, throws her on the ground, making
her bounce off concrete before spearing her into the abandoned
building behind close them. Once Zoe gets back up, she continues
to fight the vampire. Despite the augmentation, Zoe listened to
Mark's advice and use spirit purification to purify the
corrupted spirit power bit by bit with each attack. Once the
Brujah was weakened, she glared at Zoe.
Zoe: You hurt too many people tonight! I'm ending this!
Brujah: I don't get it...! You were a scared little brat when I
last saw you! You're nothing but cattle! You and your kind! How
in the hell are you able to get so much stronger?!
Zoe: F*ck you, that's how!
The Brujah throws a nearby metal crate at Zoe, only for her to
dodge and perform a front flip drop kick infused with her spirit
lightning, sending the Brujah flying back and hitting the ground
hard. Zoe comes out and lands behind her. Before the Brujah
tries to sneak her, she gets shot in the head. Zoe quickly turns
around to see Revy walks up with her gun out along with Alexis
walking besides her, both of them looking rough but Zoe knows
that they'll be alright. Alexis goes over to make sure to help
finish healing the kid who got thrown to a lamp post earlier
while Revy goes over to Zoe.
Zoe: You guys are alright?
Revy: Of course. Takes a bit more than some vampire with a
freaky trenbolone spirit drug shoved up his ass to stop us.
Though gotta admit, the bastard hits like a damn truck. notice
Zoe's spirit release form Well, that's new.
Zoe: Oh, right. That.
It took a moment but Zoe powers down. She begin to stumble but
Revy catches her and helps her stand up straight. Alexis walks
over to Revy and Zoe.
Alexis: The kid will be alright. He just gotta sleep it off and
take some strong ass pain killers. Glad to see you're okay,
kiddo. glares at Revy Easy mission, my ass. She states
sarcastically
Revy: glares back at Alexis Last time I checked, you told me
that it's gonna be a mere Lasombra vampire we're facing. Not a
f*cking dracopire! And we got a juiced up Brujah that almost
sneaked the kid as well!
Zoe: I... I know her.
Alexis: Wait, what?!
Zoe: You remember when Jon and Mystique found me and took me to
Hellsing? She was part of my kidnapping and imprisonment.
Revy and Alexis frown and turn to the corpse.
Revy: I wish I knew that sooner. Would've made her suffer even
longer. Hope she rots in Hell. sighs and turn back to Zoe I'm
just glad you're okay. Now, c'mon. I'll get you some ice cream
before we head back. Not bad on your first night out.
Alexis: So, are we going to report this to Jonny Boy?
Revy: I'll handle it.
With that, Zoe walks off with the two women. A few of her
classmates who notice her makes a silent grateful nod to her,
which Zoe nods back with a smile before leaving the area.
