V didn't take long for her to go into sage mode. She barely had
time to react when she use her air powers to create a barrier.
The barrier was destroyed easily but it gave V the chance to
throw a punch at Shamala's face.

Though Shamala avoids the attack barely, she ends up falling on
her side when she hits the ground. She quickly recovers, but
it's obvious the concussion she suffered earlier is starting to
affect her coordination. Even she realizes this, and starts
planning her next move by calling spirits around her.

V decide to let Matatabi help her out since V is still suffering
from the concussion like Shamala. V summon three lightning
clones to aid her as she gets ready to fight again.

Shamala calls on spirits using ancient magic, and the natural
spirits surround her and prepare to attack V and her clones.

The clones didn't waste anytime to attack. They charge at the
spirits almost instantly along with V who has her lightning
blade again.

The spirits all seem to control different abilities, with a wolf
spirit attacking a clone, a snake spirit trying to wrap around
and constrict another clone, a bear spirit trying to grab and
crush one of the clones, and the last one was a panther spirit
that jumps and tries to attack V similarly to how Shamala was
doing previously. Shamala takes a moment to try and reorient
herself as the spirits protect her.

The first clone start fighting the wolf spirit with her taijustu
abilities. The second clone try to use lightning to shock the
snake spirit while trying to push the coils of the snake away.
The third clone duck down and try to attack from below while V
try to use chidori to make quick work of the panther spirit so
she can try to get to Shamala as fast as possible.

Since the spirits all fight independently of Shamala, they were
fighting on their own, and were pretty tough considering they
were just lower level animal spirits. The spirits are not
typical beings, so they would be hard to take down, as long as
Shamala was feeding them her own magic power from the side as
she started focusing on releasing more of her goddess and holy
demonic power. The spirits main focus is on protecting Shamala,
and keeping V and her clones as far back from Shamala as
possible.

Using Matatabi's chakra, V tried her best to keep herself and
her clones strong enough to fend off the spirits. Her chidori
pierce right at the jaguar's chest, not caring about getting
scratched or bitten if it got a chance to do it.

The spirit was hurt by the attack and was dispelled, but isn't
destroyed by it since the spirits don't die like normal beings.
The panther goes and tries to slash V as best it can as it
re-manifests after the attack appeared to break it apart.
