Dr. Oliver turns to Eric. Dr. Oliver: And you don't? He says
sarcastically.
Eric: Yeah, but I know when to put it aside and focus on the
task at hand. He says back to Dr. Oliver.

Shin takes the money and gives him his change.
Dr. Oliver: Well... I don't know how much your family has told
you about our past battles with the Blackfire's Order of the
Dragon. But there were a lot of unresolved conflicts. Radu going
back to his world, Yoff disappearing off the face of the
universe, and the seal on Vaati only going to be able to last
another 100 or so years at most. I've been working on personal
projects trying to figure out how we can resolve some of those
issues. One such issue, I finally worked out. He says as he
stops for a moment, letting Phoebe and Lloyd process everything
he'd explained so far.

Phoebe: Our parents along with Uncle Kindron did tell us those
things along with the Interdimensional Sabbat breaking off from
the Order and doing their own thing such as finding strong
opponents to fight.
Lloyd: Which isn't so bad if it weren't for the fact that some
of them are assh*les. slides Phoebe her drink You're welcome.
Phoebe: frowns Lloyd, I'm on the job. I can't.
Lloyd: Can't you stop being a cop for a second? Besides, think
of this as a break, which you need.

Dr. Oliver: Well... After we defeated Drakkon, I got his morpher
so that he wouldn't be able to take it back if he ever came back
to life someday. However, I deemed it was too much power for one
ranger to wield. This was a secret project I worked on for years
without telling anyone but Dufort and Raven, so that the morpher
couldn't be stolen again like it was by Drakkon the first time.
This project involved me separating the Tiger Dragon morpher
into two morphers, so that the powers could be separated. I
finally managed to separate the tiger and dragon powers into two
separate morphers again. He looks at Lloyd and Phoebe for a
moment before continuing. You know how I've always said "You
don't choose the power. The power chooses you." Well... He says
before taking out two morphers and sliding them on the table to
Phoebe and Lloyd. The power has chosen the two of you. He says
to Phoebe and Lloyd. Phoebe... You'll be the new White Tiger
Ranger. Lloyd... You're to be the new Green Dragon ranger.
Honestly, I didn't think you two were ready for this power, but
it's not for me to choose.He explains to Phoebe and Lloyd.
On the table, the two morphers seemed almost like they were
calling out. The white tiger morpher glowed with white light
that was only visible to Phoebe, as though it was calling to be
wielded. Likewise, the green dragon morpher glowed with green
dragon energy that seemed to generate green energy static
electricity that would only be visible to Lloyd, with the
morpher also calling to be wielded. If Lloyd and Phoebe looked
into their respective power coins, they would be able to almost
see the image of the rangers the morphers were calling them to
become.

Phoebe almost spat out her drink which made her have to cover
her mouth with her free hand when she started to cough a little.
Lloyd's eyes widen in shock. He knew that he would have dragon
power due to Vlad II stating that he would have that power but
holy jeebus, this is a major upgrade.
Lloyd: This is a prank, right? He asking jokingly
