Phoebe: You kidding me? You're one of the best Rangers on the
planet. You're not perfect but you've proven many times that you
deserve to be one of them. Your own peers has told me this.
Besides, I am pretty sure that some assh*le can also steal this
from me or worse.

Dr. Oliver: I wasn't always as experienced as you see now. I
started out evil if you can believe it... Mind-controlled by
Rita Repulsa. But after I was broken free, I was stubborn and
the leader of our team and I didn't see eye to eye at first. You
don't just start out perfect, making no mistakes. It's not about
power, it's about spirit. The will to do what's right. He then
leans forward. I'll tell you what my good friend told me right
after I was broken from Rita's control, because I think it
applies to you here. He said, "You own the power now. Fight by
our side and we can defeat Rita. We need you... It's where you
belong." He then leans back again. Of course, we're not fighting
Rita and Zedd, but you get the point. He says jokingly.

Phoebe: Doc, I can't even save my own family. And I'm slowly
failing at my job. You may believe in this stuff, but I don't.

Dr. Oliver: I was a part of 4 different teams. Five if you count
the Turbo rangers. But they all failed to protect our world when
the Order invaded. I'm the only survivor of any of the teams I
was on. And you know what's worse? The new ranger power I
created, the Tiger Dragon ranger, got taken from me. Not only
did we fail to protect our world, but I doomed it even further
by creating the Tiger Dragon power that Drakkon would steal and
use against us. He explains. If I take it, it's going to go on a
shelf for an indefinite amount of time. No one else can use it
once it's bonded to someone else unless the Power itself
transfers the power to someone else. I won't stop you if you
want to walk away, but know that the Power won't choose anyone
else as long as it thinks you're still worthy to take it.
Akiba goes over and puts his hand on Phoebe's shoulder. Akiba:
Here's how I see it, kiddo... If you think you're not strong
enough to protect your family, how is becoming a power ranger
going to make it any worse? The rangers are going to fight, with
or without you. Would you abandon them and make them fight
alone? He says before getting a joking smile. If it makes you
feel better, I feel better with you as a power ranger. It's your
brother I wonder why the hell the Power chose him instead of me.
He says jokingly.
Cruger: I don't suppose I can be of any help in this matter. He
says jokingly, just trying to be relevant to the conversation.
Eric, puts his feet up, looking over at Phoebe. Eric: I know I
don't count for much, but honestly, I'd rather have you on this
little team than your brother. If it were up to me, I'd have
given you both the tiger and dragon coins. He says sarcastically
simply to Phoebe.

Phoebe: stops in her tracks To be honest, if I know my brother,
he's going to use that dragon ability to do things that might
make everyone here want to strangle him. But you guys seem
really sure about this whole thing. Either that or you guys are
desperate.

Akiba lets go of Phoebe and sits down.
Cruger: If it makes you feel better, Ms. Hellsing, none of us
know how this team is going to work. We've been making things up
as we go along. He says to Phoebe, addressing Phoebe formally as
he usually did.
