(RP for Integra as Lloyd and Phoebe)
Time: Current Day
It was another day in DC City. It was strangely peaceful, and it
seemed even Ragnorok and Black Sun were taking a break from
their war, as it seems both sides were exhausted and needing
time off from the fighting. Nothing had really seemed to change
with Castle Darkfire and Castle Avernus, as it seemed like Dark
Lord Hei and the Lich Queen were both still building forces (so
they had been mostly quiet).
Akiba had sent a message to Phoebe and Lloyd to meet him and Dr.
Oliver at Shin's bar, and that Dr. Oliver had needed to talk to
both of them. Akiba made sure to mention that this was a neutral
meeting, and this wasn't to be about Phoebe and Lloyd's rivalry
or about Lloyd getting help from the Jokers.
Present with Akiba was Dr. Oliver, who had called for the
meeting. However, also present was Doggie Cruger and Eric
Meyers, the Quantum Ranger. It was unknown why they were
present, but it seemed as though they did have a purpose in also
attending.
Dr. Oliver: You sure they'll both come?
Akiba: I know they will. They wouldn't refuse a request from
their dear favorite uncle. He says jokingly.
Eric Meyers: I hope you have a better reason than that. He says
sarcastically to Akiba.
Dr. Oliver: I hope you stressed the importance of this. He says
to Akiba.
Akiba: I'm sure Lloyd will come as well. I chose Shin's bar for
a reason for the meeting place. Well... Besides the fact we can
use the fight club after this for training with the others. I
made sure to mention this wasn't about the whole Jokers
situation, and I chose one of the few places where fighting
isn't allowed so that hopefully no one will be tempted to fight
each other. Plus... I'm sure he'll be happy to see his old
uncle, and to see you. I don't think we've seen Lloyd since we
got to the city. He says to Dr. Oliver.
Dr. Oliver: I know I haven't. He says with a slight smile.
Though Phoebe and Lloyd weren't related to him, he still saw
them almost like a niece and nephew since he tried to help train
them as they grew up alongside Akiba.

Lloyd was standing out of view of the bar on one the rooftop
buildings. Although he has gotten a message from Akiba that this
is a neutral meeting, Lloyd is distrustful since the last time
this has happened, it went sideways. He still cares about the
old man but he will beat him up if this proves to be a ruse
again. He mentally tells Buggy to remain hidden but to keep an
eye out in case things gets screwy. He then decide to make his
Hellsing entrance that would make his grandfather proud. Inside
of the bar, the lights eerily flickers before going completely
off. A couple of seconds later, the light turns back on... with
Lloyd sitting in one of the stool seats with a bar menu in his
hand and a fanged grin that resembles his grandfather Alucard.
Lloyd: Hey, old man. Nice to see you again. I know that Doc is
here and seeing him is also a good sight to see. It would've
been a good family reunion... if it weren't for the fact that
you brought the damn dog and bitter ass over here and didn't
inform me about it either.
Lloyd didn't sound bitter. Just mildly annoyed and suspicious
since this almost immediately smells like a trap.

Shin: Hey man! Don't mess with the lights! You know how much
these lights are to replace if you burn stuff out?! He says to
Lloyd, annoyed at his entrance.
Akiba: Nice to see you too, kiddo. He says cheerfully to Lloyd.
I wasn't originally planning to have Eric and Doggie here, but
we have some other stuff going on that they needed to inform me
of. They're just here to listen and train with us after this. We
would like you to train with us since Kindron built us a new
robot to help C-Sec and he needs people to test, but we aren't
gonna force you if you want to bail after Dr. Oliver finishes
what he called you guys here for.

Lloyd: Oh, crap! Sorry about that, man. Couldn't help myself. He
then listen to Akiba Sorry, Uncle but I'm only here to listen to
what Doc has to say and I'll head out. Speaking of which, it's
pretty strange yet satisfying that I manage to beat Phee here to
these things. She always says that I show up late during things
like this. She probably got stuck playing good cop again. He
says with a small snicker

Akiba gets serious when Lloyd mentions police business. He leans
forward, not in a threatening manner, but in a more concerned
manner. Akiba: Lloyd... I shouldn't tell you this, but there's a
lot going on right now that isn't making the news, and we're
barely able to keep up. You don't realize how bad it's gotten
for your sister and us because a lot of things are being kept
under wraps. Ghouls are increasing in numbers, and the
vaccinations we have for it are no longer effective because the
ghouls somehow have figured out how to counter all of our
vaccinations for it. We're pretty sure a cursed child got turned
into a ghoul and we didn't even know that was possible. We know
they're organizing, and we don't know what they're planning to
do. And to make matters worse, we're pretty sure most of the
organizations in the city have been infiltrated by some other
group we haven't figured out yet. C-Sec, Mithril, the Maverick
Hunters, and even the Containment Corps (who guard the walls).
We even think they have people in Black Sun, Ragnorok and even
in the government. None of us know who to trust anymore. And
there's been an increase in cyber attacks to the point where
people are afraid to get near computers thanks to some new
virus. It originally started out only corrupting avatars in the
cybernet when people use gear to jack into the Cybernet, but now
the viruses are finding ways to transmit into our world from
cyberspace and some are taking over reploids and even humans
through their neural linkers despite the fact they were virus
proofed after the Sigma Virus fiasco before you all moved here.
The Maverick Hunters are helping us, but they have a lot on
their plate as well with the increase in reploids turning
against humans. And just to throw a cherry on top, Flandre
Scarlet and her group of psychopath friends are running around
killing people still because we haven't been able to catch them.

Lloyd stop laughing and listen to Akiba who got serious. He let
out a irritated sigh and slump in his seat. Though there is a
glance of anger in his eyes, since he cares about the cursed
children and is still enraged at Flandre Scarlet for what she
has done.
Lloyd: Tch! Looks like it's going to be one of those bullshit
days, isn't it? But the hell you need me for? I thought you only
saw me as a damn problem ever since I joined the Jokerz. I know
damn well Phoebe does.

Akiba: If you think we don't care about you, you're wrong,
kiddo. It's true that we don't like your current choices for
allies, but that doesn't mean we're gonna disown you or
something. We all have to make our own decisions, and I hope
your sister understands that too. And if you do need me, I will
be there anytime you need me. He says to Lloyd.
Dr. Oliver: Once I explain things once your sister gets here,
you'll understand, Lloyd. What you do with it, that will be up
to you. He says as he leans back in his chair.

Lloyd: Huh. Thanks, I guess.
He says softly before turning to Shin. Can I get a Blue Drink
(gin, lime and white cranberry) and a green apple Jack Daniel's
and Coke? The Blue Drink is for Phoebe.

stuff to make Lloyd and Phoebe's drinks.
Akiba: So. We haven't talked in a while, what's been new with
you? He says to Lloyd.

Lloyd: Other than the crap you just told me, nothing much
really. I've been just hanging out with Harley and her group.
They treat me well.
